Who we are

This website is run by Mohamed Adan trading as BuiltByAdan, based in England. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you book a demo through the booking calendar on this site, we collect the details the calendar asks for, such as your name, email address, phone number and the time you choose, plus anything you add in the booking notes. If you email us, we have what you send. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

• To contact you and hold the demo you booked.
• If you become a client, to set up and run the services you choose.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Only us, plus the trusted providers that host this website and run our booking calendar for us. Bookings are handled through a GoHighLevel booking calendar, so GoHighLevel stores the booking details on our behalf. These providers process your data on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep demo bookings only as long as we need them to follow up. If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months, sooner if you ask.

Calls handled for our clients

Call recordings, messages and bookings handled by a receptionist we set up belong to the client business it was set up for. That business is responsible for that data.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
